She sent me frequent updates and handled some tough "missing mommy" situations perfectly! She left our house neater than when we left, which was SO nice to come home to. We started with NITC by receiving postpartum doula services. O M G - the level of support I had was life changing. I wish I would have know about NITC & doulas 10 years ago! Princess is very kind, patient, supportive, compassionate and understanding. She is professional and listened to and made sure she met the needs of our family of 6. I don't trust many people with my children and Princess gave us so much peace and reassurance that they were always in good hands... and they were!!! I felt well rested with a newborn and did not struggle as we went from 3 to 4 children. Princess arranged for us to have our home baby proofed as well as CPR classes for Mommy, Daddy, and our Preteen! I will forever be grateful for my experience with NITC and I will recommend this company to everyone! There are no businesses like this in Nashville. NITC is the BEST there is - HANDS DOWN!

I had the pleasure of finding this agency to help aid me in connecting with a new family. From the very beginning I was intrigued by how professional they were. I've worked with agencies before, but this one totally blew them out of the water! The process of being added to their data base was simple. I just filled out my information online, did an in person interview, and then after passing the interview portion we moved on to finding out what I was looking for. Communication was incredible. I never had to wait weeks for a response and was always updated to inform me of any pertinent information.
After finding a family for me to interview with, I was contacted and arrangements were made to interview with them. The interview went so much better than I expected. I even received a follow up call asking me about my experience with the interview. I've never been asked about how I felt after an interview, normally only the families' looking to hire matter in that regard. This time I felt like I was just as important as the family was to the agency. It was totally equal. Knowing that I could have said no to that family and that they would do their best to place me with a family that matched my interests really made me feel great inside honestly. Rarely does the Nanny matter much. They made sure it was clear that I was supported by them and that they would do their absolute best to place me with a family, and boy did they deliver! I ended up being matched with an amazing family. They were exactly what I was looking for, actually they were more than I was looking/hoping for. We compliment eachother so well and it was literally the perfect match in my eyes.
After accepting the position we then took care of all the logistics. They were the middleman for us, it went really smooth and things were done in a timely manner. I really appreciated the care and attentiveness that was shown towards me.
This agency is one of a kind and I would 100% recommend families to use them as well as Nannies. They're top quality and you will immediately notice that from the very beginning you start to become acquainted with them. You can also expect for them to be by your side during the duration of your employment with the family. Should any issues/concerns arise you don't have to go about it all alone, but yet would have someone there to mediate between the two parties which I really appreciate. As a Nanny, you are pretty much on your own throughout your career, but this company treats you like an actual employee and makes sure all parties are treated fairly.
